About the Role 

The Senior Director Complex Deals will create revenue generating ideas and will see through multi-million-pound deals from conception to completion with new and existing clients.

You will lead a team responsible for developing a long-term growth strategy based on understanding of our marketplace and development of new products / services that will create sustainable revenue generation.

You will find new prospects and develop client reputation and relationships resulting in sales. You will report into the Vice President of Client and Partner Services (CAPS).

You Will :

  • Build Relationships with Clients / Prospects resulting in revenue
  • Build an understanding of our prospective and existing clients' businesses and identify areas for growth.
  • Develop relationships with C-suite executives becoming a trusted partner and face of the Association to these clients / prospects.
  • Guide multi-million-pound deals with new and existing clients and team to achieve revenue targets.
  • Create sustainable revenue generating products and services
  • Using an understanding of market and business trends, lead the team responsible for conducting analysis to discover new products / services with the potential for revenue generation.
  • Gain and exploit understanding of our existing products, services, and client base to foresee potential future opportunities.
  • Work with relevant team members across the Association to lead the implementation and delivery of products / services from start to finish in each deal.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial team to determine the best commercial strategy underpinning each product / service.

About You :

  • Experienced in working in growth environments and enjoys being part of leading that growth.
  • Experience achieving revenue targets
  • Creative with the ability to envision new concepts
  • Understanding of market and business trends, understanding the market and detect new products / services to exploit
  • Expertise in commercial frameworks and operations
  • Experience managing multi-million pound / dollar deals
  • People leadership experience, with desire to coach others
  • Build client relationships through an engaging consultative selling technique

You Have :

  • Bachelor's degree desired or equivalent combinations of education and experience
  • Multi-year experience in a senior level business growth position with experience growing areas / divisions of a business
  • Experience in a global business development position, working on large-scale projects
  • Demonstrated track record driving high value revenue generating B2B product / service ideas from conception to completion
  • Experience working in a startup, private equity or in professional or financial services ideal but not required
