TutorCruncher provides business management software to tutoring companies. We're a small team of smart, down-to-earth, and friendly people. Our business has grown a lot recently, so we're using this opportunity to allocate resources towards a brand new approach to Customer Outreach, that's where you come in. This role has a lot of potential for growth and career development. For high performing hires, we will support you towards managing a team of people within one year, we have both the motivation and the resources to make that happen quickly.
We're looking for someone who is open to travelling, especially to the US and Canada. The ideal candidate will be ambitious, driven, and intrinsically motivated. We need someone who's comfortable maintaining lists of warm and cold leads and prospects, orchestrating the email campaigns which inform those leads about our offerings, hitting the phones to find new customers, and is also comfortable building relationships and networking with our contacts in the tutoring industry. We will want you to be the public face of our company, meeting new people, making friends, and introducing people to our product wherever you find them.
Responsibilities
- Network and make strong connections with business owners in the tutoring sector.
- Go to conferences, meetups, roundtables and industry socials.
- Help to organise events hosted by TutorCruncher (breakfasts, lunches, and panel discussions).
- Introduce the people you meet to TutorCruncher's product and our unique selling points, and connect them with our Sales Engineers for more extensive product demonstrations.
- Maintain lists of thousands of warm and cold leads, design email campaigns to nurture them and reach out to them by phone.
- Create engaging blog and video content to help attract and convert leads.
