Requirements:
- We're looking for a full time native English speaking Customer Onboarding Specialist to support the international team fully remotely covering the US time zone.
What you'll be doing?
Here are a few hints on what you are expected to do :
- · You will be the one who guides the clients through their onboarding
- · Provide explanation on how the sysem works and what is missing on their registration
- · Making sure that they are informed about any upgrades, new products
- · Following up on them how satisfied are they with the product
What skills will be useful?
With the right attitude there is nothing you can’t achieve.
Nevertheless bringing the following fundamental skills may help you succeed in your role :
- · Native / close to native written and spoken English language is essential
- · Any additional language can be an advantage (German, Spanish, French)
- · Empathy and love for helping people
- · Prior, remote customer service experience is a must (phone, email, chat)
- · Ability to understand and explain complex issues in an easy manner
- · Excellent organization & communication skills
