Internship Customer Happiness

Work in a highly motivated team of professionals providing IOT solutions worldwide. As a part of customer support team you would be helping existing clients, onboarding new clients and creating media content to push sales forward.

Responsibilities

  • Communicating with existing customers, making sure they get maximum out of our solution
  • Working with Product Manager to start and support new accounts for new and existing products
  • Creating materials to support existing customers
  • Managing Social media channels

Your profile

  • Graduate student
  • Excellent level of spoken and written English and French (German and Dutch is a +)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of editing and content creating software (Office and Photoshop)
  • Able to understand technicalities of IOT business and in general be excited about technology
  • Ability to work in team and on your own researching how to implement certain strategies
