Description
· Act as a Smunch advocate and problem solver for customers
· Handle inquiries via chat and email
· Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
· Tackle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
· Provide feedback to the rest of the team regarding customer issues and help improve Smunch product and service
· You are a people person and no one will care more about our customers than you - you love to talk and solve problems
· Confident at troubleshooting and ready to roll up your sleeves to solve a complaint
· Customer oriented and able to adapt/respond to different types of character
· Multitasking person (picture yourself as an octopus), switched on, curious
· Familiar with CRM systems and practices
· Love for healthy food
· You are fluent in both German and English (other languages is a big plus)
