Take your chance - Our International Expansion Team is looking for support: C ountry Lead UK (m/f/x)Are you in? As Country Lead UK (f/m/x) you will be responsible for the go-to-market motion in the UK as well as the general team management in order to grow our UK business to the first million ARR and beyond.
Your Mission: You can have real impact in building Alasco UK to the first million ARR and beyond. You get to take responsibility to build the pipeline and customer base. You’ll have ownership of the entire UK funnel as well as revenue responsibility. You’ll have leadership and responsibility to build, grow and develop the UK GtM team. You represent Alasco UK on events, networking occasions, etc. Leave your footprints: Have impact on developing the UK sales approach further and on finding the right UK GtM motion. You get to build the team culture and spirit in the UK even beyond the GtM team You’ll receive guidance and support from our Munich Headquarters in terms of knowledge sharing and coaching. You get to collaborate with the Alasco founder team with experience in building and growing businesses as serial founders.
Who you are: You have a VCs or top consultancy background and want to transition into a more operational role. Alternatively, you already have experience in a similar role in a startup. You are located in London and are willing to be in the office full time. You have a quick comprehension and great work ethic. You have excellent problem solving and communication skills. You have an entrepreneurial mindset. With a do-it and hands-on mentality, you are not afraid to roll up your sleeves. You brings in leadership skills as well as operational management skills (setting goals, making plans to get there, leading people)International education and/or work experience would be a big plus.
