We are growing and seeking a Tax Manager - Corporate (d/f/m) for our ambitious plans, offering you a sophisticated and diverse work environment in our rapidly growing company. In your role, you are responsible for our national and international tax topics and support our business as a competent and reliable contact person for a wide range of tax questions

What you will do:

  • Create and review tax returns and independently handle tax audits and payroll tax audits for our national and international companies
  • Establish transfer pricing documents and CbC reports for our national and international subsidiaries
  • Be responsible for tax assessments in quarterly and annual financial statements and plan calculations as well as analyze tax data relevant to the financial statements and their quality assurance
  • Drive the conceptual development and system implementation as well as optimization of the tax reporting / tax accounting processes in our group with your team forward
  • Be the internal and external person of contact for tax topics and support the Head of Tax in various exciting projects

What you should bring:

  • A degree in economics or law, preferably with a focus on taxation, tax advisor exams desirable but not required
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in practical German tax law, ideally by working in an accounting firm, a tax consulting firm or an industrial and commercial enterprise
  • Experience and interest in tax compliance and transfer pricing issues as well as a can-do approach with the will to follow paths
  • Interest in setting up internal processes and quality assurance measures
  • Safe handling of MS Office, as well as ideally knowledge of IT / ERP systems as well as very good knowledge of German and English
