What to Expect. Our Corporate team advise a wide range of Scottish, UK and international clients. Our team is growing and we have opportunities across all our main locations, particularly in our growing Glasgow office and our Start-Up team. Depending on which part of our team you choose to work in, you could be advising on: Mergers and Acquisitions. Corporate Finance Private Equity Corporate Restructuring Corporate Governance Start-Ups - investment, growth and exit

 

What we’re looking for: Ideal candidates will be ambitious corporate lawyers with around 2 – 6 Yrs PQWe are also open to hearing from candidates with more or less post qualified experience. but some corporate of commercial legal advice is essential.
