Glenside Internet GmbH is betting on PSD2 which is breaking up decades-old banking industry-structures across Europe. For this we are setting up a new B2B FinTech startup based in Berlin. Creditscoring is about to benefit from the vast digital disruption in banking, and we want to make perfect use of this opportunity. With our various data-driven online services customers will from now on be able to receive a better, finer and more accurate credit-scoring. Glenside Internet GmbH consists of a startup-experienced team and angel-investors and is based in Berlin.
Job profile
Do you want to own a company and experience the fast-paced life of a founder? Do you want to work in a fair partnership of close highly motivated and qualified co-founders? Then work with us as a Co-Founder, COO and partner to build the company. Together with us as the founding team you will go through a huge learning-curve: from building the organization and teams, refining the product, to setting up banking partnerships, selling to customers and also venture capital-market negotiations, you will have broad exposure and can create your own work-environment. With us you have the unique chance to be part of a major FinTech opportunity in the heart of Berlin.
Your profile:
- a minimum of 5 years experience in business development, consulting, banking or similar environment
- experience in one of the following areas: risk-management, SME lending, creditscoring, data-science, big-data analysis
- experience in leading one or several teams as disciplinary head
- ability to understand customer-requirements and translate into actionable work-packages
