Your future tasks
- Coaching : As Scrum Master, you coach the development team in terms of self-organization and an agile mindset.
- Process optimization : you support the team in optimizing the development process to continuously deliver high quality software.
- Methodology : you provide the team with tools and methods to organize the product backlog in a comprehensible way and according to the highest business value.
- Consulting : You advise on the implementation of Scrum at the customer and create understanding among management and stakeholders (e.g. through workshops).
Additionally, you help the team to internalize Scrum, live it and continuously improve its implementation.
What you bring with you
- You have completed a university degree in (business) computer science, engineering or business administration with strong IT reference or a comparable education.
- You bring experience in the agile role of Scrum Master and are very familiar with the Scrum framework and various good practices of Scrum.
Preferably you are also familiar with other agile methodologies (e.g. Kanban, XP, Lean Startup).
- You can score with programming experience as well as in-depth understanding of IT technologies additionally.
- High quality awareness, team player qualities and communication skills distinguish you.
- You bring fluent German and good English skills.
