Computer Scientist / ITSM Process Manager Service Request and Identity Access Management

Tasks:
- As an ITSM Process Manager, you are responsible for managing, monitoring and optimizing the group-wide ITSM processes (Service Request and Identity Access Management).
- You create concepts for new or optimized process alignment to ensure optimal technical support for the processes.
- You will also be responsible for project management. This includes managing projects, developing concepts and coordinating and implementing specifications.
- You will be responsible for creating and evaluating reports and key figures for management.
- You will also be responsible for advising key performers in IT and non-IT across the Group and other tasks.
Requirements:
- You have a degree in computer science or a comparable qualification and ITIL certification. In addition, you have already gained experience in project management and obtained a corresponding certification.
- You have several years of expertise in ITSM and ITIL processes as well as in IT operations and IT operational quality.
- You convince with your conceptual thinking and your high level of comprehension.
- You are also able to solve problems effectively using your strong communication skills.
- You are reliable and demonstrate a high level of customer and service orientation.
- You also have the ability to present your opinions and ideas convincingly and implement them successfully.

As a Process Manager with a focus on Service Request and Identity Access Management, you will be responsible for setting up and continuously developing IT service management processes.

- You will identify process optimizations in cooperation with the specialist departments and provide assistance with solutions for automation and digitalization.
- You are responsible for driving forward IT service processes and ensuring that IT is optimally positioned for current and future business goals.
- You will also communicate the standards and principles of a future-oriented process architecture and advise management.
