    • Fluent in German 
    • Incredibly empathetic and understanding.
    • Word-savvy and naturally curious.
    • Passionate about creative solutions to complex problems. You enjoy dealing with the unknown and finding opportunity from it.

    You will:

    • Build loyalty among new users and get our early adopters to fall in love with Uber all over again.
    • Deliver high-quality service across multiple support platforms (email, chat, phone).
