ARES Design, an ambitious start-up in the automotive sector based in the Motor Valley, is looking for a Marketing and Communications Manager with at least 10 years of experience in the Marketing area of luxury companies. The resource will be in charge of brand reputation and will be responsible for: - Implementation and development of marketing strategies - Definition and evaluation of the budget - Implementation and management of the marketing plan in compliance with the budget assigned - Market analysis in order to identify new business opportunities - Development of marketing campaigns on all media - Events management - Digital and social media management - Keeping contacts with press and external relations management Must have: - 10 years of experience - Experience in events marketing - PR and media experience - Solid experience in Digital and Social media management - background in luxury goods companies - Fluency in English is a must Soft skills: - Excellent communication, networking and interpersonal skills - Problem-solving - Planning and organization, ability to prioritize activities - Team work attitude - Innovative and proactive
