Commissioning Department Manager (W/M)

Reporting to the Director of Projects & Industrialization, Commissioning Manager will manage commissioning activities and support in new technologies replication and deployment.

Travel is expected to be about 30% of the time on average with peaks during actual start-ups.

Main responsibilities:

• Management of resources specialized in commissioning.
• Animate the team life and activities.
• Follow-up on tasks and organization of the team
• Define priorities among topics to be treated according to Insulation business strategy.
• Assistance when difficult situations are encountered.

Commissioning topics:

• Defines commissioning KPIs and means of validation
• Defines commissioning steps, detailed plan/trials and associated resources
• Defines commissioning planning and manage resources accordingly
• Management of commissioning team
• Follow-up & reporting of commissioning progress and KPIs
• Support and follow plants on start-up preparation
