Description
Primary Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and other internal stakeholders to streamline key commercial processes.
- Lead and manage various commercial initiatives aimed at enhancing revenue growth and expansion to new verticals.
- Conduct market research and engage with clients to understand their needs and gather insights for market expansion and process improvements.
- Work closely with Commercial Analysts to define and meet data requirements for reporting.
- Prepare and present project updates and performance reports to Senior Management.
- Opportunity to build out the project management function within the Sales team, creating efficient workflows and robust project management practices.
Education & Experience:
- Degree in Business, Economics, or a related field. Proven experience in a similar role within a comparable industry.
- Demonstrated experience in project management and process improvement.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Ability to find uniformity in chaos and work effectively in a start-up environment.
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities and high attention to detail.
- Ability to analyse data and leverage it for decision-making.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach to working with various stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics 365) and project management software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
