BACKGROUND : Pocket Result is launching a new stage in its development with the eagerly awaited launch of an “off-the-shelf” SaaS offering that brings together the best of its know-how. To support this key step, the post of Sales Director has been created.

RATIONALE FOR THE POSITION : The Commercial Director, member of the Management Committee, proposes and implements the strategy of winning new customers in order to quintuple the turnover of the company in 24 months.


I-Definition of strategy and commercial policy

• In collaboration with the Client Management Service and the Marketing Service, you analyze current business practices and offer the CEO your strategic vision and your commercial policy project

• You contribute to the marketing positioning of the Pocket Result offer by being a force of proposal

• You define with the Marketing Department the launch plan for the standard "off the shelf" offer

• You collaborate on a daily basis with Customer Service Management in order to develop additional sales, brand awareness and customer satisfaction.

II-Implementation of the policy

• You are executing the launch plan for the standard SaaS offer from Pocket Result in order to develop sales and generate a big communication buzz.

• You deploy sales promotion actions with marketing and ensure commercial follow-up to generate leads and prospects

• You approach the prospects identified in the marketing campaigns

• You deploy with marketing the commercial policy with SMEs / ETI

• You approach targeted Key Account prospects

• You encourage referral practices by current customers

• You take care of responses to large calls for tenders

• You develop a network of resellers, particularly among integration partners.


• In agreement with the CEO, you recruit the necessary collaborators to achieve commercial objectives

• You manage your team and set up indicators and management processes adapted to the efficiency and well-being of your employees.


You are a seasoned business development professional with 5 years - or more - of experience in software sales, ideally for a leading BI, Dataviz or CRM company. You have demonstrated your ability to make contacts at all levels and to establish long-term partnerships. You know the importance of taking into account the needs of business departments and have established rich contacts with IT departments from different sectors of activity. You have a taste for dynamic and united management.

You are comfortable with using IT tools and using CRM.

Fluency in written and spoken English will be an added advantage.


You are a born developer! Dynamic and ambitious, you like to take up challenges and demonstrate clear and pleasant communication which inspires those around you and contributes to your charisma. You take a determined step forward and don't give up often.

Your customers recognize you have good listening skills and ability to reformulate. You particularly appreciate the closing phases which highlight your negotiating skills and the finesse of your psychology.


• CDI contract

• Position based in city center of Paris

• Base salary 50K€ to 70K€ + variable in % of turnover 30K€ at target achieved, not capped, to be negotiated according to experience.
