- Job Description & Responsibilities:

- Review a competitive landscape, analyzing investment opportunities in Latam and preferences by VC and PE investors in developed markets
- Establish and co-manage financing/funding relationships (IR) for the company to meet the short term and long-term financial goals of the company and its individual projects
- Reinforce and leads the investment team and their internal processes

- Co-responsible of the establishment of a name and how venture capitalists, private investors, and corporate VCs from Europe (and other developed markets) create a relation with Zyta
- Qualifications:
- Leadership entrepreneurial, a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a desire to work collaboratively across the process.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- 10-15 years’ experience in Family offices, Venture Capital, Private Equity, Investment Bank or direct investment
- Quantitative Analytics
- Fluency in English (desired an advanced level of Spanish)
