Introduction

Excelling Ventures is an early stage e-commerce investment firm focusing on building meaningful consumer brands powered by social media.

Tasks:

• As Co-Founder / Managing Director (m/f/x) you will manage an early-stage direct-to-consumer brand.
• You will: Plan & execute the business strategy according to our successful playbook
• Plan budgets and have full P&L accountability
• Hire a cross-functional team
• Oversee the product development
• Drive our social media and influencer strategy
• Work closely together with our C-Level and investors qualification
• Minimum of 5 years professional or entrepreneurial experience in strategy consulting, investment banking or startups
• Excellent degree in economics, business administration, marketing or relevant area from a top university
• Proven leadership skills
• Hands-on and results-oriented approach
• Strong analytical capabilities
• Fluency in English and German
• Availability to start within the next 3 months
