Role Overview:
- As Co-Founder, you will play a critical role in shaping the direction and strategy of GTM Pioneers.
- This entrepreneurial position requires a dynamic individual driven to build and engage communities, develop strategic partnerships, and lead digital and onsite events.
- Your involvement will span from content creation and community management to strategic planning, automation, and execution.
Tasks Key Responsibilities:
- Community Building and Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to grow and engage our community online and offline. Foster active participation and create a vibrant ecosystem of GTM professionals.
- Content Creation: Produce high-quality, engaging content tailored to the needs and interests of our community. This includes articles, blog posts, videos, podcasts, and social media posts.
- Event Management: Plan, organize, and execute digital and physical events aligning with our mission to educate and support startups in their GTM strategies.
- Automation and Workflow Development: Design and implement automation systems and workflows to streamline operations and enhance user experiences. Develop high-quality AI prompts and connections to support these initiatives.
- Partnership Development: Identify and collaborate with potential partners to enhance our offerings and expand our reach. Manage ongoing partner relationships.
- Operational Leadership: Contribute to the organization's overall management, ensuring resources are utilized efficiently, and goals are met.
Requirements
- Required Skills and Qualifications: Entrepreneurial Spirit: Strong drive to build and scale a startup. Comfortable in a high-risk, high-reward environment.
- GTM Knowledge: A solid understanding of go-to-market strategies with a keen interest in learning more about building successful businesses.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience in designing and implementing automation solutions and AI-driven systems.
- Content Creation: Proven ability to create compelling, original content that resonates with a diverse audience.
- Event Planning: Experience in organizing and leading events, with a knack for creating memorable, impactful experiences.
- Community Management: Skilled in engaging with and growing online and offline communities.
- Collaboration and Networking: Ability to forge and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Closing Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate is not necessarily a GTM expert but is deeply curious about GTM and passionate about learning and teaching others.
- You should be a natural content creator and community builder who thrives on connecting with others and growing a business from the ground up, with a strong capability in automation and AI technologies.
- Compensation: Initially, this is an equity-only role with a competitive equity share package. The financial compensation (salary) is envisaged once the business has established a solid revenue line.
