You want to:
- be responsible for all our day-to-day operational activities in Barcelona to ensure a great Byke experience to our customers including on-the-ground logistics management
- train, develop and supervise our service team
- forge and strengthen alliances with external partners, local governments and institutions
- take care of our offline marketing activities
- work closely with local officials & communities to build a positive brand in Barcelona
- build our local team and establish our culture of a fun and productive work environment
- work closely with our development team and share feedback from users and the local community to improve our product
You are:
- analytical and data-driven with problem-solving skills: you can constantly analyze changes, reexamine and reevaluate decisions and the direction we are headed
- a persuasive and entrepreneurial personality with passion for startups and challenges
- extremely well organized, 100% accountable and have phenomenal communication skills
- highly motivated, driven and proactive in looking above and beyond
- fluent in Englishand Spanish, preferably Catalan
- experienced with coordinating, managing and utilizing different vendors is a plus
- experienced in multinational companies preferably including a share economy experience or logistics is a plus
