On the lookout for a EU-based CTO / co-founder for Kiin AI
Cost of drugs is increasing over the years, while ROI is decreasing.
The good news is that there is A LOT of data that can fast-track drug discovery.
The bad news is that there is too much data to handle.
We want to create an autonomous AI Scientist that can integrate public / private data and tools as well as the researcher community hive-mind to automate the drug discovery process.

We need someone who has:
Soft skills : Cool, humble and driven person with some experience with startups / extreme ownership mentality
Hard skills : Has strong back-end / cloud / infrastructure expertise (>5 years on cloud, nodeJS, mongo, ...) and AI skills, especially around GenAI (LLM, vector database, ...)
Passion for healthcare and improving people's life is a must
This is a deep tech startup ... do not apply if you don't plan to overwork next next 5 years to build a new future for AI agents and applications in drug discovery
