Your role will be an absolute success if our CEO Bastian doesn’t need to do any marketing operations anymore and Wild Audience consistently generates $100,000 in collected sales every month.


  1. Be responsible for ActiveCampaign & all Wild Audience funnels 
    • You’re an AC ninja and implement any changes that need to be made to the Wild Audience funnel
    • You constantly monitor the performance of the Wild Audience funnel and improve performance if necessary
  2. Lead the Wild Audience marketing team
    • Talk to the different marketing team members. Make sure they are happy, that they have everything they need and are performing
    • You will be evaluated on how well the marketing team performs
  3. Work with all our English speaking RF Mastery clients
    • Work together with our high-ticket clients for 90 days
    • Do weekly calls with clients
    • Feedback client’s emails & funnels
    • Create funnel strategies for clients
    • Understand the big-picture of Relationship Funnel
    • Being able to handle different cultures
    • Speak & write perfect English
  4. Responsible for lead flow
    • Work with our FB advertiser together to achieve lead generation goals
    • Work with our Adwords manager together
    • Work with the Wild Audience blog editor & distributor together
    • Come up with new lead generation ideas & strategies and execute them yourself
  5. Fix any technical problems
    • Example: You should notice if the Facebook pixel is not working properly and then being able to fix it yourself. If fixing is too difficult, then you should be able to figure out what the problem is and work together with our analytics guy to solve the problem
    • If there is a problem with a funnel, tool setup or website element, fix them (work with Thrive Landing Page Builder, Zapier ..). If you can not fix it, find a solution yourself without Bastian needing to participate in the problem situation
  6. Setting up new tools
    • If we need to use a new tool (example: RightBar), you should be able to figure out how to use it and then set it up. If problems occur, find them yourself and fix them
  7. Strategize, plan & set up new monthly promotions together with our copywriter
