GN Audio is looking for a talented and passionate Channel Marketing Manager Benelux (Belgium, Netherlands, and Luxembourg).

As our new Channel Marketing Manager, you will be developing and executing joint marketing plans within your own set of GN Audio partners. In this role, you will have extensive experience generating awareness within channel partners. Also, you will be generating demand through joint planning and marketing with partners. The Channel Marketing Manager supports the local marketing “back-office” flow (CRM, partner portal, website, etc) with the help of the European and Global Marketing Department. You will report to the Head of Enterprise Marketing for Benelux. You will mostly work from home and be visiting partners, but we also have an office in Amsterdam (Schiphol) where we will regularly meet. Please note that you have to be based in The Netherlands and are native Dutch speaking.

What will you be doing?

  • Execution of the channel marketing plan including channel communications, channel events, online and offline marketing
  • Strong leverage of the centrally created channel marketing programs, campaigns, and assets
  • Work hand in hand with local sales to develop and execute specific sell-out plans together for priority partners
  • Work closely with distribution in region to develop strong channel acquisition & channel enablement activities
  • Own the marketing relationship for key target partners (including DMRs, SIs, Telcos, IT resellers and online resellers) and develop ‘through partner' marketing plans to drive strong demand generation activities as well as excellent online experience and strategic alliances
  • Report on priority channel account marketing plans and overall channel marketing plan and performance against agreed metrics on a monthly basis
  • Manage MDF fund for your partners Manage local channel communications framework including email & partner sites
  • Execution and support of limited end customer activities as required e.g. events, account based marketing
  • Support the Head of Enterprise Marketing, if needed

Sound good so far? Here's what you'll need to succeed

  • You have several years of experience within marketing, release or launch, preferably within field marketing.
  • Experience from the IT industry is preferred, but not required and at least 2 years of experience within B2B model is required (distributors, 2d T resellers, etc).
  • You understand customer needs – both end-users and companies.

  • You consider yourself an autonomous, creative, and solution-oriented person
  • You are organized and proactive
  • You are professional, a good communicator and excellent relationship builder
  • You have a strong cultural adaptation and passionate about high-tech
  • Fluent written and spoken Dutch and secondly English skills are required

As an international organization with colleagues in over 50 different countries, our official company language is English. It's essential that you can communicate effortlessly with your colleagues, no matter where they are why it is also a required to be fluent in Dutch. Non-Dutch speakers: please note- for this vacancy you'll need to have a native command of the Dutch language.
