We’re looking for an experienced CEO/General Manager with an entrepreneurial spirit to manage TDV Capital Partners' new venture – a SaaS business in the enterprise file sharing and collaboration space.
ABOUT YOUR ROLE
We are looking for highly skilled candidates with experience in managing large teams to lead a venture as a key executive. This role will see you embedded as the venture CEO who will lead the team as the company's core product is expanded upon and business scaled in the coming years.
You will be supported by the Speck team and infrastructure, and will leverage the relevant assets of our corporate partners as the venture rapidly grows.
You will have full responsibility for the direction, strategy, performance, team & company culture of this new business venture.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build, grow and evolve the venture’s value proposition and business model
- Guide the organization in the right direction based on market feedback and strategic imperatives
- Expand all aspects of the organization in line with the corporate partners’ strategic objectives
- Proactively develop and sell the concept to relevant stakeholders, partners and customers
- Define and hire the core team
- Oversee the strategic direction and growth of the business
- Oversee the financial and operating performance of the business
OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in managing a team of at least 20 people
- Experience in operating a successful B2B SaaS business
- Deep industry knowledge and domain insights in a number of high-value sectors
- Experience in managing and growing P&Ls
- Experience in sales and focus on building the business aspect of a company
- Familiarity with the technical side of building a business enough to be effective
- Ability to build, manage and inspire entrepreneurial teams
- Exceptional organization and resource management in pursuit of outcomes and progress
