Valeo Siemens eAutomotive is a fast-growing integrated Start-Up supported by two large, solid groups with international reach: VALEO and SIEMENS. You will join the Research and Development team at our site in Cergy, just a stone's throw from the RER station, at the heart of innovation and the automotive industry of tomorrow. Under the responsibility of the Software Department Manager, you will join a dynamic team to support innovation.


Your challenges?

Supports the Global Head of Rewards & HR Innovation with the compensation & benefits initiatives of the company, including reward, benefits and performance strategies required to meet business objectives and to support the company’s growth. Always connected to the HR community, this position will have a specific focus on fair and attractive compensation and benefits plans that help to improve employee satisfaction and create a productive workplace.

Contributes to the development of HR Projects supporting organizational goals, strategic initiatives and change management within a global organization.

C&B Coordinator :

-Support the implementation of modern specific compensation & benefits topics (global/country)

-Assist in the further implementation of market-oriented remuneration and job evaluation structures and guidelines

-Provide support regarding grading topics

-Conduct & provide analysis regarding international market comparisons

-Analyses remuneration data and prepares controlling and reporting reports

-Assist in the timely execution of performance management, annual salary reviews, variable remuneration pay out process globally

-Review & monitor payments of incentives to ensure compliance with approval schemes

-Maintain comprehensive & up to date list of policies and benefits.

-Provide information/feedback to HR network on matters relating to policy implementation, clarification and interpretation

-Support the further development of  HR IT tools for C&B in collaboration with Valeo

-Ensure the availability of employees compensation history to assist in decision making

-Coordinates external suppliers

HR Project Coordinator :

-Supports specific project sponsors and functional leaders within and outside of HR to drive project objectives.

-Executes specific project milestones, change management plans, go-live and business readiness actions.

-Provides rigorous data analysis and reporting solutions based on business needs for decision making

-Tracks project measurement and outcomes

-Builds and manages tools, in line with Valeo, to fully automate and ensure we are driving towards efficiency and scale.

Master Degree in HR, Economics, Business Management or equivalent experience
2+ years practical experience in HR in a multinational company or C&B consultancy
