You are guaranteed:
1) A leadership test
2) Three Interviews
3) Feedback on 1 & 2
The purpose is to evaluate you as a leader of the organization and ability to master a continous growing concept in relation to the board of members and the employees. You will be given a theoretical test that must be returned before the first interview. On the first interview you will be given a task that must be solved before the second, and on the second interview you will be given an opportunity to amend the task in relation to further test your ability to cope with a challenging environment. The task must be completed before the third interview. After the process is complete (test + interviews) you will receive feedback on your performance within two days. Each moment of the process will take appr 1 hour for a total of five hours. The feedback you receive is meant to make you reflect and improve on your own behavior and performance. The final result (yea or no) will be received at the same time.
This is a position that requires a lot of work over time.
