Analyze and develop the overall portfolio (solutions & services) as well as the current market demand and identify new market gaps Design and present new solutions and services, taking into account demand and ensuring that the offering is aligned with customer needs Driving projects that make our existing business model more scalable and efficient and meet future growing demand You have a start-up mentality and enjoy presenting new ideas to both management and your team to drive them forward
You create case-based business plans and constantly track their progress and results, always thinking KPI-oriented Developing new business areas and make the necessary preparations in this context before passing on the responsibility to the company in a detailed handover process
You build relationships to fully leverage internal know-how while creating synergies with the overall strategy Coordinate and implement appropriate services and processes assuring innovative, convenient and end-to-end customer journeys, manage and liaise internal and external partners respectively Degree (Master's preferred) in business administration or a related field At least 3 years of professional experience in sales, e-commerce and/or business management Experience in the e-commerce industry, know-how in DTC and platform business is an advantage Experience in negotiation, marketing, data analysis and project management Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
