Here is the situation
Sainoo is changing the way people hire and get hired. Leveraging technology that tracks real-time data, monitors trends and predicts hiring behavior, we’re able to help companies grow their teams with more accuracy, speed, and compatibility. We’re currently working with firms across 3 main verticals: Finance, Consulting, and Technology.
As an intern business developer, you will be responsible to generate new business opportunities.
What you will do:
- Prospect for new clients by researching markets and calling/emailing businesses
- Work closely with account managers to identify needs
- Utilize the latest software tools (Prosperworks, MixMax) in order to accomplish your sales goals
- Become a Sainoo exepert: learn the Sainoo marketplace and services inside and out and evangelize it in the small business world
- Build new client relationships by analyzing, building, and managing a sales pipeline
- Help your Clients find the best Talents
You are:
- Most importantly, a super positive person! You'll be working in a highly demanding and ever-changing startup environment
- A self-starter and doer who actively seeks projects to work on and new Clients to help
- An amazing communicator. You know how to listen and you know how to deliver the right messages at the right time
- A fast learner! If you have some knowledge of the Finance, Consulting, Tech or Startup world, this would be a massive plus
- Completely fluent in English (another European language would be awesome)
