A very well funded Kubernetes Security software company is now looking to hire their Founding / 1st BDR (Business Development Rep) in Europe.
The company are in one of the hottest technology spaces that is predicted to grow at a serious pace over the next few years so this is a great opportunity to get in at the start of what will be an exciting journey with very strong career progression opportunities.
Position : Business Development Representative (BDR)
Location : Position will be Remote and can be based anywhere in Europe
Role:
- You will be working as the Founding / 1st Business Development Rep in Europe
- Selling highly innovative Kubernetes Security software - the solution automates that way that developers can manage security requirements from CISO's and fixes bottlenecks.
- Most organisations have security issues around Kubernetes and this product solves that challenge
- Selling to Senior development and technical decision makers
- Role will be focused on pipeline generation and outreach to prospective clients
- You will use a range of outreach methods to contact prospective customers - this is not a pure cold calling BDR position - you will be more focused on using social platforms for outreach
- Engaging within the developer community, building relationships and attending events will be a key aspect to the role
Experience:
- Must have worked for a Cloud Security / Cyber software or consultancy / IT services organisation
- 2 years+ Business development experience
- Experience working for a start-up or a smaller fast growing technology company
- Passionate about business development with experience using social platforms, email campaigns and other sources to generate opportunities
- Must have strong English speaking skills
