BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER / SALES MANAGER FOR THE GERMAN MARKET (Rif 166/BDM/16) The person chosen for this role will drive the vacuum technology market ensuring products penetration into the German Market. He/she will be in charge of sale, negotiate and implement partnership with German clients through different channels.
The main responsibilities will be: Research and build relationships with German clients through different channels (land mapping, cold call, business appointment) Identify key potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization Present the products and the possible tailored-made solutions to meet the customers’ needs Identify opportunities that will lead to an increase in sales and drive profitable market share growth in Germany Submit monthly progress reports describing, to the Italian offices, the business development in German area Coordinate the other resources of the German Start-up Branch The ideal candidate has at least 2/3 years experience as market developer and has good knowledge of the vacuum technology sector. He should also have experience of people management and excellent knowledge of the German Market.
Moreover, he should demonstrate to have strong entrepreneurial spirit and managerial autonomy, excellent commercial, presentation and communication skills, customer focus and a proactive approach.
