    Role purpose and relevance

    We are looking for an experienced individual who will further develop our global partner network. At the heart of Industry4.0, WORKERBASE has the opportunity to strike a wide range of key partnership agreements from distributors to key development partnerships. The ideal candidate will be a self starter who takes full ownership of the partner network development activities.

    Objectives and responsibilities

    • Development of partnership strategy and identification of key players per market and geography
    • Creation of partner marketing material and partner channel on our website
    • Identification of key contacts and engagement of potential partners from first contact to closing
    • Maintenance of partner network and monitoring of engagement levels of existing partners
    • Creation of partner engagement plans and events to ensure a constant dealflow from the partner network

    Key qualifications

    • Minimum of 3 years experience in a business development function
    • Existing network in an industry relevant to Industry4.0 (e.g. consulting, manufacturing, enterprise software)
    • Proven ability to close deals starting with first contact
    • Development of impactful strategies and corresponding marketing material
