ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for driving the growth of their analytics and "data as a service" offering and have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from startups to enterprises.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead-generation activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure the successful delivery of their solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to identify emerging opportunities and challenges.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective Logistics and Supply Chain clients, showcasing the value proposition of their SaaS offerings.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE :
- Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles within the SaaS industry, preferably with a focus on Data or Analytics or Cloud technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients at all levels.
- Excellent network of contacts and knowledge within the Supply Chain and Logistics space(UK, or Globally)
- Ability to think strategically and develop actionable plans to achieve business objectives.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and driving results.
