What You'll Need Self-motivated, enthusiastic and business development focused, with a proven track record of achieving monthly / quarterly sales targets. Experience within the software solutions sector is preferred and knowledge and expertise within Retail software solutions covering EPoS, stock management, accounts, customer ordering, warehousing, CRM, eCommerce and customer loyalty would be a great asset Affable, credible and communicates effectively with colleagues and customer stakeholders at all levels. Highly customer focused and relationship driven. Proactive with respect to personal development. Swan offers a hybrid working model and this role will also require regular visits to prospective customer sites, but ideally you will need to be based near either our Waterlooville office so that you can spend time with the product specialists in the team.
