We are looking for energetic support for the following tasks :
- Communication and negotiation with cooperation partners
- Sales, presentation and proposal preparation
- Research, analysis and evaluation of new business opportunities
- KPI reporting
- Acquisition and support of large key accounts (agencies and nursing schools)
Qualifications :
- Relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related field, alternatively training or studies in nursing.
- Initial practical experience in the areas of business development or project management
- Meticulous, reliable work ethic and the ability to oversee multiple work streams simultaneously
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Business fluent in English and German, Chinese is an advantage
- Basic understanding of the care industry is an advantage
