Description
We are an early-stage, pre-seed funded HR/Legal Tech which is still in stealth mode. Operating in Berlin, the team consists of a bunch of serial entrepreneurs, backed by great investors who joined forces to build a topnotch B2B SaaS experience for customers.
Responsibilities
- Commercial
- You help us grow our customer base in close cooperation with the founders
- You establish cooperations and affiliate partnerships
- You assist with launching our marketing initiatives
- You assist on assembling a database of relevant specs for PR purposes
- Business Intelligence
- You support by creating a competitive analysis project
- You are responsible for pulling and cleaning reporting data / OR: collecting, clearing and processing reporting data
- Operations
- You assist with and develop customer success processes such as invoicing, tracking engagement and queries
- You support us with developing lean and structured processes in order to deliver a great product and customer experiences
Requirements
- You have a hands on and structured working style and look out for challenges in a fast paced environment
- You have a strong academic background and excellent analytical abilities
- You are fluent in German, preferably also conversational in English
- You have entrepreneurial drive and willingness to get hands dirty
- You have started or completed your Bachelor's degree
- You are available for at least 3 months, ideally with the possibility of staying on longer
