Internship Responsibilities

Identify new business opportunities through market research, online portals , and cold outreach.

Assist in generating leads and scheduling meetings with potential clients.

Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and pitches.

Work with the marketing team on email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and sales funnels.

Maintain and update CRM records of prospects and ongoing conversations.

Collaborate closely with recruitment and digital teams to create customized solutions for clients.

Help organize and attend business meetings, webinars, and demos.
What We’re Looking For

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluent in English and Hindi (written & verbal).

Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace; familiarity with LinkedIn and email tools is a plus.

Entrepreneurial mindset and problem-solving attitude.

A strong desire to learn B2B sales, HR tech, and business operations.

Final year students or recent graduates in BBA, MBA, Marketing, or related fields preferred.
