Internship Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities through market research, online portals , and cold outreach.

  • Assist in generating leads and scheduling meetings with potential clients.

  • Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and pitches.

  • Work with the marketing team on email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and sales funnels.

  • Maintain and update CRM records of prospects and ongoing conversations.

  • Collaborate closely with recruitment and digital teams to create customized solutions for clients.

  • Help organize and attend business meetings, webinars, and demos.

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Fluent in English and Hindi (written & verbal).

  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace; familiarity with LinkedIn and email tools is a plus.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset and problem-solving attitude.

  • A strong desire to learn B2B sales, HR tech, and business operations.

  • Final year students or recent graduates in BBA, MBA, Marketing, or related fields preferred.
