In this role you will be supporting in the management of our exciting portfolio of foodie brands such as Guinness & YO!, to make sure our products are the ones shoppers pick off shelf in supermarkets and on menus in their favourite restaurants. Each day will be varied and exciting, working within our Product Team alongside Flava Developers, all sitting at the heart of creativity and growth in our business.
Were all about collaboration, so as well as working closely with your close-knit flava family, youll also be working with retailers, butchers, restaurants, agencies, designers and other third-party suppliers to bring our vision to life. Were looking for someone whos super hungry to take a hands-on approach to owning our brands end-to-end, from inputting into brand strategy & direction to project management of new launches then marketing activation, social media planning & content and performance reporting.
This is a role that needs creative flair and a good eye, balanced with an organised approach to project management to ensure everything we do not only looks great, but is also delivered on time, to quality, and within budget. As a champion for brands in the business, youll need a finger on the pulse with customer and food trends, plus commercial knowledge to frame and deliver the right launches and drive success.
Working alongside the Brand Strategy Manager, we'll want you to monitor and report on new brand launches and partnerships in flavour; highlighting opportunities for potential future brands that could work within the business to bring exciting opportunities to life at The Flava People. Key Responsibilities: Ownership of full marketing mix activation including digital, social, print and in-store Quarterly brand reports and tracking, highlighting strengths, learnings and opportunities Project management of owned brand launches into retail and food service Support of sales team with key customer meetings as the brand champion Strategic input into yearly brand plans
Experience: 3+ years' experience in a brand or marketing role Social strategy and content creation Can pull from experiences across B2B and B2C Previous role as Brand or Marketing Manager Could be suitable for an ambitious Junior looking to take their next step Commercial understanding
