As a Backoffice employee within this company, you are responsible for the success of this company by improving customer service processes and ensuring customer satisfaction.

You will work closely with the logistics team to check orders and ensure that orders are processed accurately.
You will also be involved in activities such as conducting customer feedback analysis, managing support tickets and helping develop support strategies.
In this role, you will be a key part of the support team and contribute to the growth and innovation of customer service.
