    Lokalise is the fastest-growing language-tech B2B SaaS. Being a collaborative productivity platform, it helps to structure and automate the translation and localization process for any company in the world.

    Launched in 2017, it is currently at $6M ARR, growing more than 8 % MoM. 1,800 companies from 80+ countries, including Notion, Lemonade, Bayer, and KPMG use Lokalise to constantly update old and add new translations.

    Previously bootstrapped, we decided to raise external capital to hire top SaaS talent globally in order to accelerate growth. The company went fully-remote in March, 2020, and raised $6M from a group of reputable VCs and angel investors in September, 2020. One month later, Lokalise was included in the top 100 European cloud tech companies under $1 Bn by Accel.

    The team of 85+ members, and growing, includes 15 nationalities from 3 continents.     We are looking for a hands-on Customer Marketing Manager to help Lokalise drive retention, customer loyalty, advocacy, and growth.

    You will:

    • Coordinate with various departments and develop go-to-customer strategies that drive usage, satisfaction, and growth
    • Build strong customer relationships through engaging marketing campaigns with a mission to build a community of product advocates
    • Lead and manage customer engagement and communication programs, such as webinars, newsletters, and ongoing nurture campaigns
    • Develop marketing strategies to increase renewals, referrals, and to cross-sell and upsell opportunities
    • Showcase customer success and run co-marketing activities
    • Connect with customers to ensure continued education and success throughout the customer lifecycle
    • Create marketing content for the customer success team, ensuring it is written to a high standard and consistent in style, quality, and tone of voice

    You must have:

    • Excellent English verbal and writing skills (native or near-native speaker)
    • Proven hands-on experience with B2B customer marketing tactics
    • A strong passion for serving and understanding technical audiences
    • Creative marketing skills – you are able to think outside the box and be innovative
    • Experience of creating and executing customer marketing campaigns, and managing programs that drive customer engagement and advocacy (including email marketing, webinars, case study programs, social proof, review management, etc.)
    • Strong analytical skills to analyze customer data and determine campaign performance
    • A good understanding of complex software
    • Experience with Salesforce CRM, and digital marketing tools and channels
    • Outstanding emotional intelligence – you know how to actively listen, you can easily communicate with people, convey ideas clearly, and establish quality relationships with others
