The Role : B2B Growth Manager

  • This role focuses on signing up enterprises, universities, and schools to ChefCoco.
  • We are already the largest corporate meal service provider in Berlin and looking to accelerate this growth by bringing on someone to lead this effort.
  • You will work directly with the CEO on expanding our B2B client base and finding new B2B verticals, for example we just started signing up universities.
  • This is an ideal role for someone with experience in B2B sales and fluency in German.

What You Can Expect?

  • Collaborate with the CEO on strategies to attract and retain large B2B clients.
  • Identify and evaluate growth verticals
  • Identify and target potential clients in corporate and educational sectors.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies to sign up new B2B customers.
  • Work on projects such as determining the best approach to market entry and client acquisition.

Key Skills:

  • Sales Expertise: Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the food or hospitality industry.
  • Client Acquisition: Ability to identify and pursue potential clients, building strong relationships.
  • Fluency in German: Essential for communicating with local clients and stakeholders.
  • Ownership: Take significant ownership across Growth topics
  • Research: Ability to find multiple solutions for client needs and market expansion.
  • Execution: Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to complete tasks efficiently.

Who We Are Looking For?

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals.
  • Experience in top-tier consulting, investment banking, or a similar environment is a plus.
  • Ambitious and excited to bring ChefCoco into hypergrowth
  • Eager to take ownership and drive growth in a dynamic startup environment.
  • 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales or related roles, preferably with a focus on large clients in the food sector.
