    Main missions :
    - Go-to-market strategy and coordination :
    You will be in charge of defining and deploying the B2B marketing strategy in Germany, throughout the Pro customer life cycle: notoriety, acquisition, activation, retention and loyalty. You will guarantee the right B2B value proposition for the pro customers inside a competitive environment and ensure a successful launch on this new strategic market. You will coordinate and rely on the traffic, retention and communication experts and contributors inside and outside the B2B team to accelerate the growth on your market.
    - Customer Relationship Management (CRM) :
    You will be responsible for “Reaching the right person with the right message at the right time", through a multi-channel initiatives implementation (online merchandising, email, SMS, triggers, mobile push, lead generation...) in line with our business targets. And you will be designing and driving the production of commercial operations on multi-channels, in collaboration with the sourcing and communication departments.
    - Marketing KPIs:
    You will be monitoring and following key marketing performance indicators. You will guarantee the reach of our targets on each marketing channel, with the objective of generating higher revenue and creating customer engagement.
    - Voice of German pro customers :
    As the German pro customers referent, you will be taking part in the pro customer knowledge enrichment. You will identify and highlight local specificities and make sure that our customer needs are always at the center of ManoMano projects.
    Requirements :
    - 2-4 years of experience in marketing/CRM team,
    - Working in B2B division is a real advantage
    - German native, English bilingual
    - 100% customer-centric

    - Good digital culture
    - Audacious and ingenious in your work
    - Autonomous and adaptable (able to work in a constantly changing environment)
