We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to help drive adoption of multiple Azure programs at Western Europe level and across its many subsidiaries and customers/partners. In this role, you will partner closely within our Customer Success organization both at Western Europe level and with each subsidiary to drive the desired outcomes to our customers and partners. Successful candidates should have a proven track record of strong technical program management and experience in Cloud technologies.
Responsibilities
- Well-rounded PM with skills across business, technology and product experiences.
- Solid understanding of Cloud services. We are looking for passion serving customer outcomes by enabling them through technology.
- Should be comfortable with the product design aspects of the PM role as much as with driving execution within the team as well as with partner teams.
- Work closely with architects, customers and partners, and stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements and ensure alignment on scenarios
- Listen and learn directly from stakeholders and through data to ensure we’re making correct decisions each step of the way
- Translate ideas into reality by defining an execution plan and driving for results
- Drive execution of the selected programs and track progress and outcomes at both Western Europe and individual country levels
- Ability to analyze and create insights from reporting tools PowerBI)
- Use data insights and monitoring tools to track progress and drive decisions from them
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in program management for technical solutions or products
- Strong technical aptitude with a good understanding of Cloud technologies and services
- Ability to define plan for execution and work with partner teams to ensure plan will be delivered across all teams involved
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and across disciplines as a contributor or leader
- Demonstrated excellence in verbal and written communication
- Experienced in working with cloud consumption metrics
- Experienced in working with analytics tools PowerBI) and drive a data-driven approach to program management
- Experience with insights and monitoring structures and use of data for driving decisions
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, similar engineering discipline, or equivalent industry experience.

- Experience managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders to a successful outcome
