Secure Elements is an automotive cybersecurity start-up SME developing cybersecurity software solutions (SaaS) for engineering and security operations.

Our SaaS application ' CRISKLE ' accelerates the adoption of an ISO / SAE 21434 and UNECE R155 compliant Cybersecurity Management System (CSMS), enabling organisations to effectively manage their product security lifecycle.

The company is now recruiting a full stack software developer to join the team and contribute to development of new and innovative tech.

Role Description :

  • This is a full-time remote role for a Full Stack Software Developer based in the UK.
  • The Full Stack Software Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining both the back-end and front-end of web applications.
  • They will work on software development projects, ensuring the functionality and user experience of websites and applications.

Experience :

A demonstrable understanding of cybersecurity, with the following key skills

  • Frontend Stack ReactJS, Bootstrap4
  • Backend / API Stack Laravel (PHP), FAST API
  • Database MySQL, SQLite
  • REST API Client Insomania REST Client
  • Server AWS Linux
  • Repository GitHub
  • Payment integration Stripe, PayPal SDK
  • Packages ReactFlow, d3, React Tables, Axios, jQuery, MomentJS, XML Viewer, ChartJS, HighCharts
  • Scripting Python
  • Protocols MQTT, HTTP
  • Visualisations and Log management applications : Grafana, Loki, Prometheus, ELK.
  • Agile development and CI / CD workflows

Good to have :

  • Basic knowledge of ISO / SAE 21434 automotive cybersecurity standard.
  • Expertise in IP based networks / communication protocols and net applications like Intrusion Detection System(IDS)*

Personal Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Ideally Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering.
