We have been exclusively instructed to find a passionate and proactive Assistant Company Secretary, who will support the Company Secretary and Operations Manager of M : M Bio in managing the corporate governance and compliance function.
This is varied role encompassing board support, statutory compliance, the administration of share schemes, as well as, ad hoc project work.
The successful candidate will have a good grounding in company secretarial / governance work and an interest in working within the biotech / pharmaceutical space, whilst being able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail and a flexible approach.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Support with preparing content for and coordinating Board Meeting events.
- Ensuring the Company meets its compliance requirements e.g. Statutory Registers, Companies House Filings, ASIC Filings, etc.
- Administration of share incentive schemes at a company level to include managing equity platform (Capdesk).
- Document and information support with investments and transactions.
- Responsible for building out and maintaining Captables.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a company secretarial / governance position.
- A degree or post grad qualification would be advantageous.
- Biotech / pharma experience would be advantageous.
