The Role
As an AI Transformation Strategy Intern , you will contribute directly to the growth of our business.
- You will take ownership of identifying, evaluating, and executing AI solutions and use cases that can replace or augment manual tasks.
- You will further explore and develop solutions that set the basis for the future of consulting.
In parallel, this will allow you to develop a broad and deep understanding of the Consulting market.
It will be a great opportunity to play a key role in disrupting a multi-billion market.
You'll have the chance to be part of a young, fast-growing company, and help to shape its growth path.
Tasks:
- You will work on topics such as... AI Solutions for Consulting: Be responsible for improving consulting services and making consulting more effective and efficient through state-of-the-art technology
- Develop enhanced AI Tools: Grow an AI toolkit for the consulting industry that can be offered to our clients and consultants
- AI-Powered Matching: Build and refine AI algorithms that optimize the matching process between consultants and companies
- Process Automation: Create AI solutions that automate routine tasks, allowing consultants, businesses, and our team to work more efficiently
Requirements
Your Profile:
- About to graduate from a top university in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or other related field.
- Currently ranked in the top 25% of your class based on grades
- You can complete a mandatory internship (i.e. you must complete an internship as part of your studies)
- A strong, keen interest in AI and new technologies, and savvy user of OpenAi / ChatGPT and similar technologies
- Previous experience in a high-performance environment (consulting, sales or in startups).
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Fluency in German is a plus
