We are looking for a qualified Agency/Business Development Manager to join our US subsidiary to assist TAB America’s in its Sales and Revenue Generation Efforts. The candidate will work out of our Santa Monica office. The Agency-Business Development Manager will create their own sales pipeline of advertising agencies and direct clients, communicating and optimizing our clients’ campaigns. This position works under the direction of the Chief Revenue Officer as well as the Managing Director and interacts directly with Middle-Level Management teams.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Chief Revenue Officer in the effort to increase sales pipeline activities for TAB’s sales and revenue initiatives to grow the advertiser portfolio
  • Prepare executive-level PowerPoint presentations and RFP’s for submission to potential clients
  • Initiate due diligence activities to establish sales leads to acquire and negotiate advertising budgets with various direct clients and agencies
  • Work to actively develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster trust and manage the day to day relationships
  • Conduct and report market research of competitors to identify market trends and new opportunities to for product growth
  • Assist in the launching of campaigns by various teams by communicating client expectations through key performance measurements, client needs, while identifying barriers and obstacles prior to campaign commencement
  • Work with the design teams to ensure assets are created and resized for various traffic sources and placements
  • Collect and assist in the analyzation of client reporting measurements, performance analysis, and forecasting to help facilitate optimal performance of client campaigns
  • Provide Account Managers and campaign management teams with requested reports and client feedback
  • Up-sell and cross-sell clients on new or existing company related products
  • Attend various tradeshows and conferences to represent TAB and its products
  • Work with Account Managers and/or client creative partners to recommend necessary creative changes

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of professional experience working in Business Development or Sales in the Ad Agency and Adtech/Martech/Mobile Industry
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree required
  • Eligibility to work in US
  • Must have strong Excel and analytical skills
  • Must be a self-starter to take full ownership and initiative with the ability to work independently as well as a team player
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and effective problem solving skills
  • Exceptional eye for detail & organizational skills
  • Strong degree of professionalism and business acumen and work ethics
  • Proven experience developing persuasive presentations
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Ability to conduct comprehensive client-facing research
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced start-up environment
  • Multi-lingual is highly preferred
