However, we’re still near the start of our journey – our aim is to finance a million small businesses within a decade and so we need more smart, hands-on people to help us reach this goal.

We’re looking for an energetic and organised Accountancy Relationship Manager to be responsible for educating and building relationships with accountancy practices nationwide. You will be tasked with building a strong pipeline of sales through accountants and ensuring they receive a first-class experience from iwoca.

In this role, you will be:

  • Providing assistance in using iwoca products to accountants nationwide
  • Making outbound calls to convert leads into users and advocates
  • Manage inbound leads who find us organically or have met us at events
  • Be the first point of contact with prospective accountant customers
  • Maintain and organise our internal database to keep meticulous up to date records contact with accountants
  • Tracking and managing the financial performance of the accountancy channel

REQUIREMENTS

You will need:

  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
  • Good presentation skills and confident in face-to-face meetings
  • Excellent time management skills to organise workload and meet set deadlines
  • Good attention to detail
  • Likeable personality with a focus on building long-term relationships
  • Ideally experience of providing a service to accountants or a financial background
  • Ideally 2-4 years experience in an account management or business developments
