What will you do as an Accountant-Administrative Consultant?
You will become part of a team within KPMG with 35 people in the Netherlands and approximately 15 in India, which is growing rapidly. The team consists of colleagues from all corners of the world.
The client portfolio you are responsible for varies from start-ups to clients that are part of a listed multinational. At the start-ups you can demonstrate your advisory skills, while within the group of multinational clients you serve the big names in the industry by supporting them to comply with the applicable laws and regulations in the Netherlands.
The work varies from and support in the field of accounting, compiling and preparing annual accounts and bringing together the various specialist teams within KPMG.
In addition, you can be involved in large multidisciplinary compliance-related projects. Our playing field is very international: one day you speak to clients in Asia, the next day with clients in Europe and America.
Your main task is to manage projects and supervise colleagues, thus building your own portfolio. Another important part of your role is to support the growth of the department by identifying and developing opportunities. For this you need to show your entrepreneurship.

This is what you take with you:
- You are a certified Accountant Administration Consultant (AA) or in the final year of the internship.
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in compilation and/or audit practice
- Knowledge of Dutch GAAP, IFRS is an advantage, NVCos 4410 and Practical Guideline 1136.
- Proven project management skills in leading teams and clients, and managing a wide range of assignments.
- You are driven, attach great importance to customer satisfaction and have the personal ambition to grow
- Strong English in both written and spoken is essential
