Account Operation Manager

Your challenge will be:

• Communication with the customer operations managers and warehouses operators, being the company face, driving problem resolutions that deliver an exceptional customer service;
• Manipulate and analyze data to drive growth and profitability for sennder Italia;
• Managing the day-to-day operations task;
• Daily Supervise our transports handle all arising inquiries from carriers and customers in collaboration and coordination with our Partner Manager team;
• Using your knowledge of the customer’s business to identify opportunities to offer solutions or improvements that support the customer and grow our business;
• Represent the company professionally, ethically and morally at all times.

To get there you will need:

• Strong problem-solving skills and able to work under stress;
• Ability to work independently overnight;
• Good communication and negotiation skills;
• You had a work experience in touch with clients, ideally in transport industry;
• Ability to set priorities;
• Excellent English and Italian language skills;
