Our Sales Team is expanding and looking for fresh blood - we’re currently looking for an Account Manager, who will help us find new startups we could help grow and build amazing products for.

How can you grow with us?

  • You will be working directly with our Head of Sales on a daily basis;
  • You’ll have the chance to cooperate with either exciting startups, fast-growing SMEs or established enterprises;
  • Don’t want to spend the whole year at your desk? No problem! You’ll be attending multiple events around the world with our Sales Team (in the US, Norway, Dubai, Tokyo, London, Vienna… you name it).
What you’ll be responsible for:
  • Representing the company and our services to sales leads;
  • Contacting prospective clients in order to fully understand their needs;
  • Advising our clients on what product will solve their problems;
  • Preparing detailed offers and estimates for the new projects;
  • Negotiating terms with new accounts and closing deals.
What we’re looking for:
  • Over 2 years of experience in a Business Development or Account Management position in the IT industry;
  • Track record of closing new sales deals over PLN 1 million yearly;
  • Knowledge about software development necessary to understand clients’ needs and advise them on the early stages of product development;
  • Experience in working with enterprise business clients;
  • Native Polish and excellent English (C1) - we work internationally, so that’s a must;
  • Familiarity with Pipedrive or any other CRM;
  • Highly developed persuasion, negotiation and active listening skills;
  • Availability to travel abroad for work.
  • Proficiency in any additional language will be a significant advantage.
